Mary has operations oversight of specialty and primary care practices within the Hot Springs and Central Arkansas Markets. Mary has her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration and more than 25 years of Medical Practice Management experience. Her areas of expertise include value-based care, leadership development and mentoring, strategic planning, and provider relations. Mary is very focused on practice efficiency and engagement to ensure the patient experience is positive and professional.
