Rainey Bart serves as a Senior Operations Director, leading all CHI St. Vincent Medical Group primary care practices and some specialty practices in the Central Arkansas market. Since joining EngageMED in 2021, Rainey has brought extensive knowledge in clinic operations, revenue integrity, and leveraging technologies for both primary and specialty networks. With over 15 years of experience in practice management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, she focuses on system strategy, leadership development, and innovation, while implementing key initiatives.
