Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer serves as the Senior Operations Director, overseeing all CHI St. Vincent Medical Group primary care and specialty practices in the Hot Springs market, along with Hospitalists, Emergency Department physicians, and Virtual Health initiatives. Before becoming Senior Operations Director, Jennifer served as the Regional Director of Operations for the Hot Springs market. With over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, she focuses on system strategy, leadership development, and innovation, while implementing key initiatives. Jennifer is responsible for recruiting physicians and advanced practice providers and has extensive experience in value-based care and quality initiatives, as well as enhancing patient experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Accounting.
