He currently serves as a Regional Director of Practice Operations, overseeing primary care practices in the Central Arkansas market. Austin is responsible for financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, business development, and business health. With over ten years of experience in healthcare leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, he possesses expertise in value-based care, quality metrics, and patient experience of care.
